3.1 The delivery date for Switzerland is normally 10 working days.

3.2 GIRL FROM THE MOUNTAIN endeavors to deliver products that are only available from stock. Nevertheless, we cannot always guarantee the permanent availability of all products. It may happen that a product is temporarily not available from stock. Should this be the case, GIRL FROM THE MOUNTAIN will do everything possible to inform you to the best of its knowledge and belief about the next delivery of the missing product and to deliver the product in question as soon as it is available again. You will only be charged the shipping costs once per order, even if GIRL FROM THE MOUNTAIN has to deliver in different shipments.

4.1 We accept orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

4.2 The delivered orders are invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF). This applies to both the goods and the shipping costs.

4.3 Every order placed must be paid for by credit card, Postfinance or Paypal (Switzerland, Liechtenstein) or is payable in advance before delivery (Switzerland and Liechtenstein only). An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is registered, confirming the bank details for the payment as well as the total amount to be paid.

4.4 The minimum amount per order is CHF 30.00.

4.5 The processing and shipping costs are CHF 9.- or respectively. CHF 7.- for delivery to Switzerland or Liechtenstein. In the case of a voluminous order (more than 6 large candles) a surcharge will be invoiced. For orders from CHF 100.- the delivery is free within Switzerland.

4.6 For an order that is delivered to an address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, VAT is included in the goods delivery and processing costs.

Only apply in the case of damaged quality or an error on our part regarding the order. From delivery of the ordered items, you have a period of 30 calendar days to return them to GIRL FROM THE MOUNTAIN at the address given on the invoice, to exchange them or to receive a full refund. Please send us back the products in their original packaging, together with the delivery note and a receipt regarding the quality error or our mistake regarding the order. The products must not be damaged further, except for the minimal signs of wear when used for the first time. We treat returns or exchanges immediately after arrival, but the deadline can take between 2 and 3 weeks, depending on the situation. The expenses for the return shipment to GIRL FROM THE MOUNTAIN are at your expense. The delivery of the replacement products or refund will take place after receipt of your return shipment. If the customer returns the defective or incorrectly delivered products (or part of the order) within 30 days, this is equivalent to a cancellation of the order. For products on which the customer has benefited from a discount or a special offer, these special prices will lapse if the new balance of the order is not sufficient to meet the defined discount or promotion conditions.
